Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. For UK orders only, customers may opt for Special Delivery which includes insurance. There is an additional £5 charge for this service. If the item ordered is for a special occasion, please check with the shop to make sure we can meet your required deadline. For International Deliveries we use the International Signed for service for which there is normally a £10 charge.
We cannot accept liability for items once shipped unless the guaranteed and insured Royal Mail Special Delivery service is selected. This service is available to UK customers only. Delivery.
An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you. You should receive your order within 5-7 working days, although for a specially ordered item such as a sized ring, delivery can take up to 28 days.
Refunds
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in mint condition with full packaging. Recorded or Special Delivery post should be used. Postage costs for returned goods can only be refunded if an item is returned as defective or faulty. Items that are specially ordered to size, such as rings, cannot be returned. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons we cannot give refunds on earrings. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
